Can anyone direct me to an example of the newspsper press release for graduating boot camp? I have to submit it by this Friday, but wasn't sure how to word it. Can anyone help?

I find it really weird that the topic of newspaper release has been posted again in less than week.  Here is the other post:


So...  this is from my website....

Many Recruit Parents ask for a sample template they could use to send their local papers a press release upon their recruit's graduation from bootcamp.  Here is template for you.

Below is a press release template for you to send to your local newspaper along with a photo of your freshly minted Sailor.


(Your name) 
(Your phone number) 


Rate (rank in all other services)  and Full Name, (Age), of (Name of Town) graduated from United States Navy boot camp at the Navy's only Recruit Training Command located in Great Lakes, Illinois  on Month XX, 20XX.

(Rate and Last Name) successfully completed 8 weeks of intensive basic training at Great Lakes Illinois as one of XX recruits in Training Division (number). While in basic training (Rate and Last Name) learned many valuable skills to become a sailor, in addition he served as (add any accomplishments here, such as section leader, recruit admin, watch leader).  He/She will report to Corry Station, Pensacola Florida (as an example) for xx months to learn the critical skill as Cryptologic Technician (for an example).
