My daughter mailed us the form letter back without any names of invited guests, and no password for the graduation on 8-1-2014. We called public Affairs and they said that she could add us at any time up to 24 hours before, but we would not have the password to get in.

Does anyone know if we will be able to see our SR after the graduation if she gets liberty time? Not sure how all of this works.
She is ship 11 - Div. 235.

Yes you will be able to see her until about 8 that night!  Where is she going to A school as most fly out on Saturday and you can meet her at airport and stay til her flight leaves. If she is staying in GL for A school you can see her after she moves and checks in on Saturday

See PIR Day and Liberty during PIR Weekend to help you know how to plan your weekend. Ask her for the password and who she has listed on the Access List when you receive the "I'm a Sailor!" call this week. If you don't get the password, there is info in PIR Day and Liberty during PIR Weekend for you.

Thanks - I appreciate the info!

You are very welcome.

Should I have received the "I am a Sailor" call by now? Her graduation is next Friday and I have not heard one way or another????

No as Battle Stations just started and it takes several days for all Div to go thru.  We got  our call from my son on Wednesday as we were driving  to GL

Thanks...I was getting worried. We leave Wednesday to drive there. I guess we will hear by then also.

BST for her division will be this week.
