Hello,

Anyone here with a son/daughter in Ship 02 DIV 915.  My son's PIR date is 2/26/16

Thank You I got a call last Thursday saying they earned  a privilege but nothing more and it had me a little worried since since I haven't read of anyone else receiving a call and usually a call two weeks before is not good news.

Up to 4 divisions can go through at once so each pair of brother divisions will go alone or the regular divisions will go together and the 900s by themselves or a pair of regular divisions will go through and the 900s will go with the other pair.

Lately, they have been doing BST in 3 nights.  Since there are only 6 divisions in next week's TG, I would think it will be 2 nights (probably Monday and Tuesday nights), but it may be 3 nights. Some divisions usually start on Thursday night a week before PIR with calls on Friday.  No one goes through on Friday or Saturday night and not usually on Sunday night. The divisions resume on Monday night.  Right now Thursday, Monday, and Tuesday nights are the nights that recruits go through BST.

If someone were to know the date for BST for divisions 915 and 916, they would need to PM you or give you the info in a friend request since BST is considered a ship movement and that info is not to be posted openly. See Battle Stations-21 (BST).

My son is in Ship 02 Div 915. He goes to Charleston next. I am anxiously waiting for the "I'm a sailor" call.

I am as well.  We should stay in touch after PIR since our son's will be in the same program.  Will you be at the meet and greet Thursday?

What is the meet and greet? I would love to go but I don't know anything about it?

Meet and Greets are for the loved ones and friends of the graduating Sailors to get together and have some fun and food together and get some information that may help them the next day. Dress is casual for the Meet and Greets and guests of all ages are welcome to attend.

Go to http://www.mynavytaxi.com/events.html to RSVP to Sarge's Meet and Greet from 5 pm to 10 pm at the Sundance Event Center.

See PIR Day and Liberty during PIR Weekend to help you know how to plan your weekend.

Thank you for the info. I just RSVP'd.

You are very welcome.

I just RSVP'd for the meet & greet. Hopefully, we will meet each other there.

Hi Tara, I am just seeing these messages from Feb 17th.  Sorry we didn't connect at Sarge's Meet and Greet.  My son is in Charleston now too.  What state are you from?  Are you in the Nuke Moms page or Nuke School Charleston group?  How is your son doing?  Please friend request me if you would like.

Hi Maria. I am from North Carolina. Unfortunately, I was unable to make it to the meet and greet due to the storms that came through on the night of our departure. As for my son, so far he is doing great. Says he is enjoying himself and having fun while waiting on school to start. Is your son doing okay? What will he do in school, i.e. MM, EM or ET?
Good morning. My son is really loving it. I think it's been a nice break for them before their classes start. I forgot what he told me for school, I'll have to ask him next time we talk. I'm sure they know each other.
