My son arrived at GL on 3/23, I have not received the letter yet, but from his recruiter have been told he is in Division 928, hoping to connect with some others who have an SR in this Division.

Hi! I just received my letter today, my son is also ship 2 div 928.
Welcome, hopefully letters will start coming soon.
I received sons letter today. He is also ship 02 Div 928. Graduation date 5/20/2016.
I received my letter today as well, yes PIR is on May 20. My husband will be attending, so that I can go to one daughters 8th grade graduation and get the other ready for her Senior Prom. I hate that I won't be able to be there but know that my SR will understand as we had talked about it before he left.
Texas Momma what part of Texas are you in, we are from Princeton, Texas and only moved to NOLA 4 years ago for my husband's job. Would be interesting if we were close to each other, my SR and his sister have stayed in touch with will all of their Texas friends.

Hoping everyone else with an SR in Ship 02 Div 928 got the same surprise I did today, a phone call.  So good to hear his voice and finally know that he is doing good.
