DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I'd say my workout is cleaning...that dang cat box! Love the cat, but HATE, HATE, HATE that stupid cat box! My husband said, when we got the darn cat, that'd he'd be in charge of the box...yeah, that was short lived LOL! He loves that cat though.

They did and there were 2 men there that turned a few shades of red! I have a goofy sense of humor so it doesn't bother me. I don't do thongs, they are a permanent wedgie! haha

I don't know that I am an inspiration. Anyone can do it, I'm just kinda vocal! I was a cheerleader in high school ;)

Wow, Kim! My hats off to ya!

If only I were motivated to go to the Gym and stay there. I'll go for a week...and then I don't ever wanna go back. It's definitely a challenge for me.

But, I am getting older now...and my metabolism isn't what it used to be! I have thighs!!!!!!!!!! LOL

Thanks, the day after my 50th birthday, I started training to run a 5K. On June 19th, I completely ran a 5K and got 1st place in my age division. I had decided that if I was going to get old, I wasn't going down without a fight! haha

navywife, you just keep venting to us. That's what we are here for. We can all vent to each other, make each other laugh and give cyber hugs :) I love you girls and am proud to be a part of this group. We all know what we are going through. I have a lot of friends and family that love me and I love them BUT you guys all understand how I feel when I talk about my sailor because you are going through it too!
To lighten things up, let me tell you guys what I told them at Weight Watchers tonight. I love the fact that I have lost 42 pounds and for the most part have kept it off for a year now. For the last few months I have started running and have worked out and started to tone up, the problem is all my panties have gotten too big. So I don't want to wear my big girl panties anymore, they climb and crawl and I work with a 20 year old kid who thinks I have a permanent wedgie!

I'm just venting ladies. I don't say these things to my husband...

The same goes for me too Rebecca! I check and read throughout the day, if I remember to forward my emails. I wish I could get an email too! I know he is busy and I don't think he has access to a computer unless he goes for a LONG walk. He was supposed to work nights but has been back and forth on days and nights.
