Lol, I hate to laugh but I can relate! What really helped me when I came home from my boyfriend's graduation, was to plan my next trip (or 2) out to see him. That way you have something to look forward to and be excited about!

Dear Woodrose- I understand. My prayer these days is that God would protect the love I have for my husband and my heart would not be hardened through these situations.

Uggh! I know its just too early to plan my next trip he JUST got to A school i havent even had a chance to talk with him about it! Weve been together since we were teenagers and ive never been away from him for this long Im wigging out! Maybe i need to exercise or something...

Exercise actually will help! It's something to do for you and take your mind off things. Any other hobbies you enjoy or could pick up will also help. I was lucky enough to meet a handful of other girlfriends/wives that had men training with mine. If you can do that, it helps a lot to talk with other girls experiencing the same things you are. And even if it's too early to start planning a trip... I found that even exploring possible dates and options helped me get excited to see him again.

You're learning your new normal, perfectly right to be all twisted up during the process.  Don't let it keep you down, get up and out, acquire new skills, volunteer, walk your dog or the neighbor's dog, do something!  Venting here is a good start.
