I live here in Waukegan and drive past six flags every weekend.  I think you can get discount prices at the grocery store Jewel Osco and I can check into that for you.  But she should also be able to get discount tickets at the base.  I'm not sure where she goes for them, and unfortunately I don't know anyone on base.  Maybe she can ask around and find out about that and I'll check at the grocery store.

Thanks Anna I will ask her about the tickets

sputnik,

Here's what I read in the little Great Lakes newspaper today:  Get your discounted single day passes ($38.75), season pass ($71.50),  and meal deal combos ($12.25) right on base before you head out to the park!  Admission tickets are available on base at ITT Bldg. 400; The Loft, Bldg 2A; and RTC Recreation Center, Bldg1326.  Parking passes are only available through the ITT location with proof of purchase.  No discounts are available at Six Flag's main gate.  Tickets must be purchased on base prior to  attendance to the theme park.  Any further inquiries about this offer, contact ITT at 847-688-3537.

I will check with the grocery store tomorrow about their discount tickets and let you know what I learn!!!

Thank you Anna my sister thinks she can get them so she is checking Monday at work. She works in the medical field and they get all kinds of discounts so hopefully six flags will be one of them. Tks again for your help

You are very welcome!!  I was happy to help out.  I had to laugh because Saturday my hubby and I went out to do some errands and we decided to stop at an Arby's for lunch.  I picked a table to sit down and that newspaper was laying there on the table.  I just started looking through it because I'm always interested in all things Navy.  Then I saw the information on the ITT page and all the discounts available and there was Six Flags!!!  I said to the hubby - I need this newspaper and then explained why!!!  He just shook his head!!!!  Gotta love these Navy connections!!!!!

That is funny good timing
