I have been busy moving and unpacking all day so I am a little behind on the initial's conversation. I think some of those are great! Mine current are ALG (nicknamed algee) and after about 6 months of dating I found out my sailors initials are EWW.....i couldnt stop laughing for a week! i felt so bad that his parents did that to him hehe and if we ever get married i will be ALW. I like my current initials better

it's a good thing it isn't called "Austin's Cake Balls"... now i'm trying to be mature and not find this extremely hilarious...

Cake pops are cake balls on a stick.  And while I've never tasted the Starbucks ones, if you go to places like Austin Cake Balls, they charge more than what Starbucks charges !!!!  lol
Comment by amanda on May 12, 2011 at 2:37pm
wait, are cake balls the same as cake pops? like the new ones in starbucks that are extremely overpriced (like everything else in starbucks)?

Busy day at work...hard to keep up...skipped breakfast and the cake ball talk is making me hungry!

Jeanne - cake ball queen...I never knew!!!  A friend of mine asked me if I would help with her brother's wedding and she wants cake balls.  Do you make home made cake or just go with boxed cake mixes.  And what about frosting - home made or what?  I'd love to talk with you more....will "friend" you and maybe you can teach me a thing or two.  I'm a fast learning student!!!

Thanks Kris. I know the journey will be complicated but as my husband and I tell each other, if we can make it through what we have already, we can make it through anything. We're kinda stubborn like that :) What's life without a few challenges, right?

My initials went from ALN (alan) to ALO (aloe) (well, when I actually can change my last name! ugh) I do like the change though! And the fact that my signature just got a lot easier too!

Comment by Kris, Stevens mom on May 12, 2011 at 2:02pm

Best Wishes Amanda - how exciting & another new trip in this journey we call life!

Dor - my word its like a tilt-a-whirl for you all, my thoughts are always with you :)
