There must be other tests that they use that term for, because MMs wouldn't even have MERO. MERO="Mechanical Theory for Electrical and Reactor Operators". MM's crossrate class is ETMO, Electrical Theory for Mechanical Operators.

Bigmama--can you wait until he phases up?  We went right when ours phased up and he got to spend the night with us at the hotel for 2 nights.  It was great padding around the room and his long stretched out body.

mn linda- The Widow Maker(s) happen in Power School. I asked Aaron which subject, and he says that they call 3 tests the widow maker, and they're the three MERO tests. Aaron took the second one last friday, and I can see why it's one of the widow makers... Almost a whole point under his normal score.

I'm assuming THE "Widow Maker" is mero 3. :)

does anyone know what test is the one they call the 'widow maker'?  what is the test on?

Dor, I am so so sorry, i wish i had my magic wand licence.  darn =(, but anyway I can't believe he don't want to see him brother before he leaves for AF BC.  Is there some unknown to you issue between brothers?  This is sad when things like this happen.

I know that your Nuke son will need the break and getting away would be good, seeing all the people on here talk about how stressful things are for them.  I am going to try and be as upbeat as possible while my son is there, as he won't need the added stress if anything here is wrong that he can't control or help.  I said TRY, I may not be 100% successful.

Well from what I understand my son wont be getting leave until Sept, so he must either be a EM or ET. He don't start until after his BC PIR 3-11-11.  He said he wants to come home so that will be a good thing.  I know he will have to have it approved, but its something to look forward too.

Bigmama, is he MM, EM, or ET?  the MM A school is only 3 months and EM and ET are 6 months.  They can take 10 days leave after A school.

My son is just starting his A-school at GC and I was trying to figure out a good time to visit him.  Does anyone know if they get Good Friday off of school before the Easter weekend?  If not, is Memorial Day the next holiday off?
