Hi Brenda, my name is Katherine. I'm doing ok, just anxious to hear from my SR. How about you? Any word? Kids are tough...they can do anything!

Hi Brenda,
My son Oliver is also heading to bootcamp in Sept. He is ggoing into IT--I am very proud and can't believe that 18 years travel so fast. Thanks for contacting me. Let's keep in touch.

Paul's ship date is 09Aug10!!!!! I would assume they will be in BC together! Hopefully, that means we will get to meet in person at their graduation! I bought Paul a Navy sweatshirt the day he took his oath and he wears it as soon as it is clean! His property of US Navy t-shirt....same thing! Paul is also very proud and very excited. You are right it is HUGE what they have decided to do...very honorable! My son's rate is Aviation Electronics, Electrical and Computer Systems. They way I understand it he will choose the area he will specialize in. My son is a volunteer firefighter (loves it), and I was surprised by the field he chose, too! Take care! Cindy :D
