Funny, your son is stationed right there next to my daughter PJ, who works in Norfolk, VA!! I think you're very on point to suggest to your son to consider the Navy as a career. Right now, it's one of the few jobs that are reliable if you work hard and are willing to give it a try. My son is currently considering following in his big sister's footsteps.

Several months ago, I felt that the US financial collapse we were told about in September was already quite apparent yet no one in our leadership wanted to admit it to the public. In any case, while times are difficult but they will get better and we will be fine.

PJ is junior officer on a cruiser and currently is taking classes ....again. She works with weapons or something, it all a little foreign to me but I'm sure when I visit it will become clearer. Take care, Sherry

Hi Momma CCJ,

Wow, your sister is a graduate of USMA?! How awesome and near the beginning of women being allowed into the Academy! I may know a lady that graduated with your sister, will try and get back with you on that later.

How are your children doing? Where Navy son stationed? Take care, Sherry
