Hi Pat

Ari loves California.  She is from Massachusetts so loves not having any cold there.  She has been serving almost 2 years now.  Her first deployment is in May.  Has your daughter gone on deployment yet?

Hi, Allys- My daughter is an aviation machinist mate in San Diego. She is with a helo squadron. She entered bootcamp last February. I can't believe she will soon complete her first year. Having been raised in Florida, she is lovin' Cali as she calls it.

My name is Susan and I have a daughter on the USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52).  She is in San Diego, CA and is scheduled for her first deployment in April, 2013.  Does anyone else have a daughter on that ship?

My daughter is scheduled to go in for boot camp Feb 6 2013! She is scheduled then to go to A School in Florida to be an Aviation Machinist Mate. Anyone have a daughter in that field?

My daughter just left today for MEPS, tomorrow she leaves for Great Lakes.  Anyone else's daughter going then? She said there was only one other girl at the hotel.
