Welcome to the Division Discussion for Division 812 and 813

Be very aware when posting about your SRs who are in this division. Make sure you read the OPSEC rules (everyone should).

sjtina, cor and a couple more ladies will be joining this discussion to answer your questions about the "800" division.

Although your SR is still in BC, what they are doing may be slightly different from what the other divisions in this training group are doing. It is also recommended that you go into your "settings" (clickable link on the right side) and change your privacy setting to "private" and change everything to friends only.

Please still use the main wall to post general questions, and concerns, such as meet and greet questions etc. Specific questions regarding the 800 division should be posted here.

We “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like to, and the ladies helping out with the 800 divisions don't always get to the main wall as often as they would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there ladies!!!

I am late joining but will be at graduation. SWCC is in our future unless we hit a road block like your son. God Bless him in whatever he does!

Thanks doxiemom!  I will pray for your son as he continues down his path.  It is a tough road to be sure!

I am confident God has my son right where he wants him.  We pray for closed doors and walk our path until God steers us in another direction.

I will keep the spec op families in my prayers!  Always!

Does anyone know if our sailors are allowed to drink while on liberty PIR weekend?
While I was watching today's graduation they announced that the Sailors on liberty are not allowed to drink no matter their age.
Forgot to mention that they are not allowed to drive or smoke either. They risk having their liberty revoked and could cause a set back in training.

I hope everyone received phone calls yesterday.  I got a phone call and he seemed really good has a little bit of a cold said everyone is a little sick.. Said all is doing well.  I hope to meet some of the moms at PIR.  can't wait counting the days.

I received a call yesterday too.  I was so surprised and happy to hear his voice.  He sounded good also.  I hope to meet all the Mom's too.  I'll be at the meet and greet with my daughter. Do you know if we can use our names and the names of our SR at the meet and greet.  I hope so. (-:

Hi, adamomom I'm so glad you received a call too.  I would love to meet you. Not sure if we can go to the meet and greet. We are driving 9-10 hours not sure yet what time we are getting in.  I will let you know.  I'm sure our son's know each other.  Not sure about the names at the meet and greet.  Thanks for the heads up with the phone call.  Take care and so excited for PIR:)))

Hi, KimE'smom.  I'm looking forward to meeting you too.  I'm also sure they know each other.  Have a safe trip to Chicago.  I'm flying into the airport to meet my daughter on Thursday around noon.  She is flying in from Napa, CA.  We are not leaving until Sunday late afternoon.  We are getting really excited about PIR and all being together again.  YAY (-:

Just FYI - There were calls today (div 813) but at a 'weird' time for a Monday...3:30 at GL. My son called his girlfriend so I'm not sure how much time they got,  her phone died after about 5 minutes.

Hello, can't believe they are almost done with boot camp. My question is next weekend when we are there for graduation can we post family pictures including our sailor on Facebook? Family and friends want to see pics but I don't want to do anything wrong.

Did 812 go through BattleStations last night (Thurs)?
