OK, I will correct myself. My work day feels the longest ever. Once I am home it feels short. LOL.
Good Morning to Everyone.
Enjoy, We are half way to the weekend. This week has felt like I have done 2 weeks in one. Yikes.I can hardly wait for the weekend.
Hi ladies,
Catsmom, I am so sorry your daughter got blindsided at her homecoming. :-( I am sure with a mom like you for support, she will come through it all fine. A broad expanse on her learning curve. Prayers for you and her as she finds her way through it all.
Jean, glad to know you have a surgery date set.
Anna, I hope you have a wonderful time with your son. What fun!
And thanks to all of you for you thoughts and support for my girl. She passed her comps on Monday! Woot! Woot! She is now in indoc for PO training. She will graduate from A school on Friday, and we will be there to watch, Lord willing and the creek don't rise. =D I am so excited!! It has only been four months, and I cannot wait for my hugs! I don't know how you ladies with daughters out on long deployments do it. Guess that will be a broad expanse on my own learning curve. But that is why we have N4Ms, right?!
o excited!! It has only been 4 months, and Icannot wait for my hugs!
Catsmom,
We really hate that our kids sometimes have to make those life mistakes but they do learn so much after. And thankfully there are no kids involved. In time she can walk away and move forward to better days. I was just talking to my Catherine today about how much she learned about herself from her marriage to Nick and subsequent divorce. She is in another relationship with a young man but she is really taking her time, learning everything she can about the guy, and spending lots of time discussing life with him, so she knows what he thinks and how he feels about things. She is so much stronger now, but I still wish she didn't have to go through all that to begin with!!! Sometimes we just can't protect them as much as want to!!!! But no sense in worrying about what ifs, or I should haves. Onward we go!!!
And tell her I said kick a$$ and leave no witnesses!!!!!! God Bless her!!!!
Jean,
So great you have a surgery date!!! Finally get that taken care of and on to no pain!!!!
8isenuff,
How is your girl?? Did she get through the run? And how about her comps? Update, please!!!! :)
Wonderful news Jean!!
Good Morning to Everyone.
I finally have a surgery date. May 7th YEAH!!!!!!
