Hi everyone, I am so excited. Have to share with you. Crystal just called me, she was CAPPED today, and is now CTT2! I am so Proud of her. Good to see things starting to go her way. She said her CO also gave her one of his coins. And told her they need more in the Navy like her. Makes my heart soar.

Jean, the baby will come when she is ready, hope she doesn't make mommy wait to long with the heat. I know what you mean about being dry, bone dry here. We need rain but like you no lightning.

Good to see you denise, how are you doing?

Good morning all! I have been reading even if not posting.  This could be a TV show!  Fiction has nothin' on real life!

JappyjShip-i am thinking that maybe the challenge coins are in the water ships.  I got my girl one that said RTC on it

Good Morning to Everyone.

Catsmom, I don't know when baby will appear. Her due date it Aug.1st. Well see,I think now that it will be a little later then that. Weather here is sort of back to normal for a few days. We will be back in the 80's by the weekend. But we are having rain and thunder shower. Then thunder showers are not good because of the fire danger and our forest fires but that is what happens when we go so long without rain.

I agree Anna, crystals dream just took a detour...definitely stronger for it!
Comment by Anna on July 22, 2014 at 9:42pm

spyder,

Wow sorry you are having to deal with that kind of heat!!!  I remember those years in GA - I just didn't like the heat.  It's funny hearing people complain about how hot and muggy it is here in WI.  Upper 80's - - oh my!!!!!!

Catsmom,

I'm glad Crystal got her paper signed.  At least she can close that chapter in her life.  And I know seeing a therapist helped Catherine a great deal so I hope Crystal finds it helpful.  It has to be sad for her sometimes when she starts to think that she missed her "dreams".  She didn't miss them - they just took a short detour.  She will come out stronger!!!!

Em's mom,

So good to hear from you!!!  And happy to hear your girl is doing well!!!!  Lack of communication probably bring back those memories of bootcamp!!!!!

Catsmom, glad she is seeing a therapist, hope that helps. Does she need restraining order to keep him away? Prayers that it gets easier for her son. Yeah, this heat sucks. Supposed to be 114 for next 2 days...ugh!

Hi everyone, yes I agree it never gets easier, just a new way of life.

Anna, happy all is going well, I know it will be so much better when all is done! Are you getting excited to start your new adventure?

Andrea, no one can do it like Mom! Nice to know that she still wants your help, makes a mom feel so good! Happy you are having fun inspite of the rain and bugs..LOL welcome to GA. And nothing stops us Navy Moms!

jappy can't wait to see the pics, of your signs!

em'smom, always makes us feel good that they are happy. Good to hear from you.

Blondie, I know you are relaxing, and it is about time right!

Jean, how is Christina doing? Think the baby will make her appearance soon? Hope the weather is cooler for you. It is Hotter than h*** here today, and they say it is just the start. I think it is time to take that drive North up the coast!

Crystal is going through a rough patch, missing what she had wanted her life to be. She did get the final paper signed from him, haven't asked if she took it to the lawyer. Trying to give her a little space on that issue. Se was hoping she would have gone back to Pensacola sooner than Jan. but guess that won't be happening. Sme distance would help her at this point, but he seems to manage to show up at different places she goes, and that make it harder on her.. He is still trying to make her life hell...she really doesn't want to see him. She is seeing a therapist on base, thankful for that.
I have been keeping myself busy, and wanted to get away this week, but have to wait till next. Helped a neighbor move and have a lunch with friends this week.

Hello... It's been awhile since I have posted anything...my daughter graduated boot camp back in March and has since become a DC... Now she has been assigned on a ship and I have had little contact from her...but when I do she is very happy with what she is doing.
