Brittanysmom,

If you haven't received her form letter yet, you should be able to get her address from her recruiter now.  You can send her encouraging letters even if she hasn't had a chance to write to you yet.  It will help keep you busy and you can focus on sending her printed pictures, little jokes, cutesy little funnies - anything you can think of that will bring a smile to her face at the end of her day.  Just don't make the envelopes too bulky.  I would copy things on my computer and print them out, then write my letter around them.  Tell us what is overwhelming you and we can help you.  It is a roller coaster ride and there are lots of ups and downs, good times and scary times.  Many of us have been in the same situation and have developed coping skills we can share!!!!  Cyber hugs to you - {{{ . . ]]]

Have you gotten the box yet. Don't open it right away if you are overwhelmed. Start writing her now.
