Kathy forgive me, how I forgot to mention how exciting for you to be on that cruise with sailor. the pictures are wonderful. Thanks for sharing.

Guess my brain is so stuck on fixing things I am forgetting to thank all for sharing.

Guess what - of to Lowes again. Now drywall. Someone tell me - when does feeling of having your own home and NOT fixing your own home kick in?!

talk later hugs all

WooHoo it's Friday and for me that means football tonight...YEAH!

T-Lynn you crack me up!  I agree with Blondie...hide a key outside!!!!  I keep visualizing you crawling through your windows...heeheehee.  Oh the joys you're having being a home owner.

And, my son will be in a very CLEAN football uniform for homecoming!

Hubby and I are going to an RV show tomorrow, doing a little shopping and hitting the casino.  Sounds like a fun day to me!

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

HI All :)

don't you just love Milo's pic !!!!!!

Blondie - what a beautiful couple - let us know when he pops that question and thanks for the kleenex alert.

Joshmom - what an honor. He gets to escort a young lady. So will he be in a clean foot ball uniform or tex?

Anti M - congrats on the award. We all know how beautiful your art is. Very happy to hear it was recognized. Sounds like you had a great time - even with somethings wrong. Do share some stories and pics.

Maggs - so very glad that the car turned up in your son's life. Hope this starts the ball rolling of even better things to come. And some stress off you. And very happy about the dog being found too. You have such a good heart.

Ok update here:

1. Two rooms are painted! Our bathroom - a lite periwinkle blue with white trim. And small kitchen to be area is now Golden buttercup Yellow with white trim. both those rooms were Chicago Bears blue ! Tonight hope to finish priming the two storage rooms and move things out of bedroom to too. then it can be primed so I can paint it a lite violet.

2. dishwasher was 9 years old when we moved in  guess what broke down> right - perfect timing for sales - new dishwasher. which took two days to put in because both hubby and son miss calculated the size of hose - and attachments needed. Works great now.

3. Found a second wasp nest. Working to get rid of it now too.

4. Locked myself out for the third time.  this time I had to break in the front window - it was too high for me to jump in - so for a while my best side was showing off to the neighborhood ( note - no neighbors home !) with feet kicking in air . ( like that helps) Finally a neighbor did drive by and helped in in with a stool. But by then I had tried four times to get in. I had to stay by the window so three cats adn puppy would not jump out. Then after I got in, called hubby to tell him the start of my day. He then shares that he had been working on the code pad for the garage and had gotten it to work - except he forgot to share that information. You bet he is taking me out! as of now - I hurt. I have muscles that remind me I cannot climb and how stupid I was.

5. Baby due in February. Daughter in law doing beautiful now. No more morning sickness.

Well is that enough of an update? I know  I NEED pictures. Honest working on it hugs

Kathy - so glad you got to go on the cruise...awesome!  Great pics too!  I'm a little jealous though...oh well hopefully my time will come...very happy for you!

Way to go Anti M!  Congrats on the having your artistic talent recognized!

Blondie - keeping fingers crossed he pops the question.

Yeah for dog being found!!!

I need one of those sinks....at work! lol

Youngen came home from school yesterday excited...he's been chosen to be an escort for one of the homecoming queen candidates.  These next two weeks are going to be busy getting ready for parade....exciting times!

Have a great day everyone!

Back home again, I see we made national news.  Yes, we were stuck in the mud in camp for hours.  Better than the people in line who were stuck for nearly 22 hours, or the ones who were on the highway, and were turned back to Reno for a day.

Also had a tragedy, young woman hopped off a moving art car and was run over.  They have people watching and tell people not to jump on and off when the vehicle moves, but people do what they want.  Sheesh.

I got a flight over Black Rock City.  Wow.  What a thrill!  And i was given a "Magical Hero" medal and certificate for my art... long thing to explain, but I am very honored.

Finally, Friday afternoon has gotten here.  Leaving work in just a few, football game tonight then off to the lake to camp for the weekend.  Rain in the forecast though...ugh

Welcome back Ang!

Blondie - you're gonna have soooo much fun!  Can't wait to hear all about it.

Barbara - thanks for asking about my dad.  Party went great but he couldn't remember how old he is.  He was thinking 87 or 88 so he was very relieved when we told him he's just 86 years young!  Best of all he got a phone call from Sailor....made his day!

Love all the pics of the kiddos....so cute!!!

Hope everyone has exciting or perhaps very relaxing plans for the weekend.  Enjoy the holiday whatever you do!

Joshmom-HappyBirthday to your Dad-how was the party?

Shelly, I think we all go through something like this at some point & feel betrayed-it hurts because you trusted her-you are a beautiful person. She is not.  (hugs)

Yell all you want at me - I desire it.  But I can honestly share - everyone and I mean it - EVERYONE called out for you to get back here. Show the pic of Milo showing off his belly button. And my oldest had trouble with m's . He would say n instead of m. But he will correct.  Just so glad you came back here.
