proud mom,  they do not let anyone late completing to graduate because of schooling start date,,, some may have the time to walk at PIR and others would not, so they just make it that those who does not finish on scheduled date do not get PIR to make it fair to all.

I think they should be allowed to graduate (PIR) once all parts are completed. Everybody is not the same and sometimes it takes a little more time for some than others. But in the end, they still met the same rigorous requirements as everyone else so they should be recognized as well. Even if a child fails a grade, he/she may not graduate with his/her class but they are still honored and celebrated for not giving up and allowed to walk across the stage. I feel the same should apply here!!!!

Hello everyone,, I have been in your shoes before.  If I can be of any help please ask I will do my best to answer anything and if I can't I will help you find the answer.  The common questions I see on here is when will those having trouble with run or swim call,, they will not call until their status changes,, meaning passes or other action being taken.  This is the hard part for you guys but remember our kids can hear pity and sorrow in our voices so when they call please keep a smile on you face that way it is less chance of them feeling bad to let you down or start giving up because you sound sorry for them.  I will keep you all in my prayers!

rajinmom keep the faith he will pass. 10 seconds is not much. As long as he keeps the pace with his trainer he will get it done.

my son called today. he missed the run again by 10 seconds.  he was so heartbroken.  He was actually crying.  I told him he is going to get it on Monday. This past week has been so rough on me. I truly believe he will do it.

Once they have called saying they didn't pass they normally do not get to call again until they do pass. Keep sending letters of encouragement. And hang in there once they pass there is no stopping them. Mine also had an issue with the run but once he passed he never looked back. Now he keeps himself fit and trim by cycling in his off time. He does ever want to not pass another PFA.

Rajinmom. My son called Saturday and said he hadn't passed yet and that hopefully he would pass this week. I haven't heard from him since. I don't think that there's a specific time for calls.

K2014. My prayers are with you and all the sons and daughters in FIT.  Did you receive a call today to say he hasnt passed.  My son was supposed to be retaking the run today.  said he would call but i havent received any calls yet. I am going crazy.  Does anyone know what time the calls will come it?
