Posted new numbers today.   We took it slow in August so I could adapt to being back at work full time again.  It was a tiring month and some of that is the heat!

Sorry to hear that Dani is still having trouble with that root canal.  I had the root canal from hell in Feb 2001 and it still bothers me with heavy oppressive weather.  I call it my barometer tooth.  Praying for her!

I think I have her address, but would you send it to me again so I can make sure that nothing has changed.

I finally heard from the AF unit that I have been working on for 2 months.

Happy Sunday and the last day of August!  A 3 day weekend for me!  Woohoo!

On a good note, I am working on a few ships for us, its been hard with everything that has been happening overseas. I have also received a couple of nice thank you notes and stuff and will post them tomorrow. I have been busy trying to help my daughter and get things unpacked and put away. Keep the sewing machines humming and build your stash. Sue and I will keep you posted as we get more groups.

Ladies,

My daughter is in need of our prayers, she has been going through a lot of problems with a root canal that was done on the ship before she changed duty stations. I would like to also do a card blitz for her, letting her know that we are praying for her. Her Birthday is Sept. 10th and she wanted to go see the night life in Italy but now she can't go.

If you want to send a card please email me at mepeller090410@gmail.com, this is my new email so please make the change.

Thank You All and God Bless

ME

thanks Jodi.  I am on a mission to donate it in the spring.  I do an early morning bus duty at school along a wash.  In the winter, the wind sweeps along it from the mountains and it's cold.  I have become such a wimp about cold weather since I moved here.

so once the cold goes in the spring, I will see about donating it.

We got to see "The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus" on Friday night!  Fabulous concert.   They are headed to San Diego today and then to LA for 1 concerts.  Go see them if you can and tell them you are with Heads at Ease.  Ronnie is very pro-military and his brother is the reason that we mailed to the 380th AW in June.

We met them for breakfast on Saturday morning.  Here are a couple of photos:

we got lots of rain here yesterday afternoon!  I was soaked when I got to work in the afternoon and that was wearing a rain jacket and using an umbrella!  haha  We need it and I always say "I am not sweet enough to melt, so no worries!"

Tuesday was the National Middle kid day, but I just got the message, so I am celebratin' today cause it's the middle day of the week.

So if you are a Middle child, pat yourself on the back!  Woohoo!
