Shesh/// You will always get a reply from me and probably sierra scraper, sometimes double trouble. I am the administrator so I always know when someone has been on here.

I have never heard of your sons rate or that base, that is really interesting I think would love to learn more about that.

I have one IT, who happens to have come home this afternoon!!! Haven't seen him since January. Hugged a LONG time. neither of us wanted to let go. Had a wonderful afternoon, he went on a hike in his beloved mountains a couple of hours ago. Get him 10 days.

His twin is in Nuke school. He is in the final phase of that training, Prototype, so maybe will be on a sub in 8-12 months.

I will be moving across the state when this son leaves and be starting culinary school November 10th.

Ok, let's try this again....I really have no one to talk with about my Sailor so I'm going to try & remember to check in on this site.  I think I'll post a note by my computer so I don't always go to facebook but also correspond on here.  I'm on only one Navy site on FB which is my alumni group.  We only post when something interesting happens with one of our sailors.

My son is at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi as his duty station.  He is an AG (aerographers mate) mainly doing the oceanography aspect.  He was hoping for something seaside but got landside instead.  He get's bored.

I miss him terribly and am hoping he will get home for Christmas.  I haven't seen him since last Christmas so it would be so special.

Hope you ladies are doing well & I promise to be an active member !  :)

Update on my twins. The nuke Twin starts Prototype (last phase of nuke school) on Monday!! then he is sub bound. Singin sponge bob with his name.

His twin just completed a new school. He is an IT and everything they learn is classified so he can not talk to me about it much. He had comps for the last two days and passed 100% HooYa. He will be home for 10 days on the 18th. Also will be deployed by next spring for his second deployment.

OMG the competition continues!  LOL  The other day Nathanael posted how much homework he had done for his Spanish class at the local University.  I was waiting to see if Jonathan would chime in or not.  YUP!  I don't think they will ever stop competing with each other.  It's too hilarious though.  Of course I know who has more study time, but you won't here me comparing.

Hi TDSNAVY04...Only one of my twins left for the Navy. The other one decided to go the college route.  Even though mine are identical twins, they are TOTALLY opposite from each other.  In fact, I think the one that stayed here is LOVING being an only child now.  LOL  As soon as his brother left for BC, he took the bunk bed out and set up the room just for him.  He loves hanging out in his room now and being on his own without competition from his brother.  I have to admit that I'm glad he stayed here to go to college. It helps me deal with the fact that my other son is so far away from home.  I know they text and chat a lot which makes me happy. I think this separation will actually help their relationship.  The one that is here at home is thinking about going out to SC to see his brother for Spring Break, but we're not sure yet as the Sailor may graduate from A-school at that time.  We are trying to be flexible.

One good thing to report today...my Sailor called and he almost got a perfect score on his first math test in A-school. He just started last week and we were really hoping to get a phone call from him this weekend, but he said he was so busy studying and taking care of things that he just didn't have the time.  I guess all that studying paid off!  So proud of him.  So proud of my other son too!  So far college is going well and he likes it and is making new friends and participating in some of the campus groups and activities.

DoubleTrouble..love hearing the update too.  Hope all is well with them both!

CO-twin...DEFINITELY there are things you just DON'T tell your mother!  LOL  YIKES!  How fun to hear about the different lifestyles of your boys too.  Funny that you mention tattoos...Nathanael is thinking about getting one.  He's been working on drawing it and deciding how he wants it.  Not sure when it will happen, but I'm glad he's not in a hurry. I don't see Jonathan getting one, but you never know!  LOL  I am contemplating one for each of the boys, but not quite yet, maybe in a couple of years.  Sure hope you get that house sold SOON!  Keep on following that dream!

Hey Doublerrouble.. Nice to catch up on your guys. Mine got together to go camping a while ago. They had a blast. They want to do it again.

Steve got bit by a snake, lucky it was not poisonous. Yikes he texted me a pic of the fang marks, I told him some things you need to not share with your mom.

He is discovering his "inner red neck" as he says. He line dances and goes Muddin. LOL

The other in SC goes to the beach every chance he can. He loves all the history and old buildings in South Carolina. He bought a little sports car.

No tattoos yet.

Mine always were together till the first left. they also worked together all through high school.

Hi everyone!!  TDSNAVY04 both of my boys were at bootcamp together!  One left on a Wednesday with their best friend.  They got spilt up and the friend went on and started bc, our son was on hold waiting for more recruits to arrive. Our other twin left the following Tuesday.  There were 12 divisions and we had one in the first and one in the last!!  Their friend graduated bc a week before them.

I read on here that the SRs can visit when they go to church so I kept telling them before they left and in my letters to go to church.  They had to figure out which service to go to so the other was there.  They finally did and then found out their friend was going to the Catholic service so they started going to it to see him.  They said his face was priceless when he looked up and saw both of them standing in front of him!  I was SOOO happy when they told me they finally connected!  They would see each other marching or in the chow line, but didn't dare say anything, but they would give each other a slight nod or look to acknowledge the other.  A few times when one of their divisions were at Ricky Heaven they would get mistaken for the other, one almost got in trouble in the bathroom because his division just got there, the others division had just left and they thought the one in the bathroom was the one that should have left!  Then when their RDC's realized they each had one of the twins they would stop their divisions when they would march passed each other and say "Hey, that's our Stewart, get over here!"  silly things like that!  At Captains Cup they had a blast hanging out and taking each other to meet each of their divisions!

I feel very blessed that they were there together.  They are not only having to deal with the seperation from home, but each other, all our multiples are.  Mine were very close, they did everything together.  They went to school together, played football together, worked together.  They started their only job, at Texas Roadhouse, together and their last day was toghether, they had the same friends.  I can tell you one of them did admit to me one night at bc it hit him that this was the longest they had been apart, not talked, and it hit him hard, he said he cried that night.  Broke my heart.

Now, I think they are doing good with the seperation.  They graduated bc in October 2013 and went to A school.  One stayed in Great Lakes and the other in Groton, CT.  They texted and skyped, but when the one in Great Lakes finished A school he was stationed in Norfolk, but his ship was already deployed so he was flown out to meet his ship, right into deployment.  His deployment will end in Oct/Nov, but my submariner in Groton deployes in Nov so this family will be in deployment mode until sometime next year.

Sorry to ramble on, I love sharing about my boys and am really missing them both right now so when I get started I can't stop.

Co-Twin, good luck on your house selling.  I am proud of you for  going after your dreams and going to culinary school.  I will continue to say a pray for you and for your house to sell.

There was another mom (at least one) that had both in BC at the same time. One trick they figured out that you can pass along when you do talk to them, if they attend church on sunday they can see each other. other wise they may only see each other passing as they march. I think one of the moms with triplets, all three were there at the same time with PIR two together one a week earlier.
