Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 327 and 328

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hello everyone!  My son went to boot camp on 8/19 and is in div 327.  To say I have been having a hard time with him being gone, would be an understatement.  I have gotten a letter from him and have talked to him on the phone once.  I missed one phone call.  That was depressing.  I was really worried about him when I did talk to him.  He was very homesick and was upset on the phone.  His letter started off well, but quickly turned.  I am happy to report he talked to his dad last Thursday and seemed to be doing a little better.  I am really hoping I can talk to him again soon!!!  4 more weeks to go!!!

Good morning division 328!!! Well tomorrow out sons get pre-op for wisdom teeth extractions then Thurdays is the big day!! They may enjoy a couple days of rest so that's a positive right!?!?! I am hoping that we get another phone call Saturday. Wishful thinking right!!! It's almost time to get another letter!!! I am trying to stay positive. My high from my Saturday phone call is starting to wear off :(

Praying for all the SR that have to have wisdom teeth pulled.  Glad they get to rest.

My son is getting his wisdom teeth pulled too (per his letter I received last Thursday). He didnt say when. Thank you so much for the post; now I know when :). No phone call this weekend. Hoping I'll get another letter soon. Praying for them.

I have heard DIV. 327 are getting calls today between 3:00 and 5:00 central time.  I hope everyone gets a call today.

I just got a call from my son.  Not so happy.  His leg is hurting, but will not go to medical.  He's afraid of being set back.  I am praying for him.  That's all I can do.  14/327

Hi everyone..hadnt been up here in a while...my son is here and I missed his call yesterday!!! (why?????) He left me a voicemail but said that he could only talk for 2 minutes anyway..he sounded really tired but I really wanted to speak with him..I hope he's able to call again over the weekend...my mind has been racing wondering how things are going..I've only received one letter from him, but hopefully today I'll have another one...thanks ladies for all the tips and advice!!! It's much needed!!!

Good morning!!! Today I plan on keeping myself extemely busy. I work until one and then this mom plans on putting some miles on her new truck .... I have some pirate pictures to take!!!

Any one with SR last name Taito? that is my husband's bunk mate

Kyle'sMom, I am glad he is doing better.  Their emotions go up and down.  My son has been down because he was sick.  I haven't heard from him since last Thursday, so I am hoping he is better.  The hardest part is that they get over their sadness, homesickness, sickness, etc.  a lot quicker than we do because it's a week before we know how they are doing.  For all I know my son got better the day after we last talked. Hang in there.  I hear it gets better.  :)

Thanks CeCe!  I hope your son is feeling better!!!  Hopefully they have all turned the corner and are having a good week!!  Praying we all get letters or maybe even phone calls this week.

Okay Guys 327 is calling!!! We have an Academic Flag!!! My son is so excited about Hell Week. They passed inspection!!! Got rewarded with calls, and energy drinks, and candy!!! Go 327!!!!
