Good Morning to Everyone.
spyder,
I hope you are staying safe and all these floods I've been hearing about in AZ aren't close to you.
Catsmom,
Glad you had a nice NavyMom picnic!! I wish there was a way for us to get a chance to meet up also. I will certainly contact you when we get back to SD. We plan on staying from mid Feb until mid Mar. We have a reservation at the Campgound on the Bay. So looking forward to the start of our adventure. Hard to believe we leave here in 2 1/2 months!!! Hubby has been busy putting extra insulation in the bottom of the trailer. Got the front half done, next weekend is the back half!!!! I've got just a few more projects to do on the inside and we'll be all ready!!!
Andrea,
I am so glad you understand me so well!!!! I'm reading your post and light bulbs are going off left and right!!!!!! Sometimes, of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most!!!! I really didn't remember those conversations until you reminded me. I think once a month you need to contact me and remind me who I am!!!!!!
Jean,
Your daughter and granddaughter are so beautiful!!! I love that picture of the two of them!!! I understand not wanting to have your picture taken, but it is just for us!!!! Hold that precious baby in front of you and have someone snap the picture!!!!! We'll see your beautiful smile no matter how much you hide!!!!!
Can't believe the weekend is almost over!! Hope everyone has a wonderful week!!!
I really hate my picture taken so I avoid the camera at all costs.
Here is one with baby eyes open finally.
Good Morning to Everyone.
I can't be in the picture because I am the one taking them. I was able to babysit yesterday for a full 8 hours. They went to the fair. She was an angel for us. Here is a picture of Mom and baby.
Splash, welcome and ((HUGS)).. one day at a time and enjoy each moment!
Jean, how wonderful you get that precious baby so often! What a blessing!!
Catsmom, glad it's cooling down for you, what in the 90's now ;-) sad when that's cooler, right?! Sure hope they get your air fixed SOON!
Anna, I know you have just a few things going on right now so I will cut you some slack! LOL We have talked about the girls being at Bremerton at the same time...and the possibility that they may have crossed paths during the end when Rachael was waiting on the med board. She was at PSD quite often LOL Yes, Rach was on the Stennis and I was able to make several trips there including driving cross-country with her when she got out! You remember what that drive is like, least I didn't have to do the rental truck thing! LOL Loved touring "her" ship as she called it :-) my brother lives in Renton, outside of Seattle and my folks are on the other side of the state so it was great while she was stationed there! So glad Jenn and David are getting this time together as well as getting so many things accomplished---how is her stress level while doing all this?? Keeping her in my prayers and candles lit!!
Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
