Good morning, Happy Friday!

Blondie the airlines are crazy! Only way I can figure it out! Safe travels.

Got a call from my girl yesterday, they have some serious things going down on her base, and where she lives. She told me to remove all decLs from my car, and not to wear my Navy shirts. I told her No I don't want to. She said DO IT NOW! Saddened me but I did do it. They have all been told to do that, and to change into civvies after they are off duty, not to go anywhere alone ect. So now I have more to worry about for her. Makes me mad that we have to do all of this in our own country! I refuse to take off my Navy mom necklace, or my cross.

Blondie - that's a lot of flying hopefully you can wrack up those flyer miles/

On another note my daughter got her orders for after A school, She has bee selected to serve on the newly Commissioned ship the Zumwalt destroyer.  She will be in Maine until August then I don't know.  I was really hoping she got Norfolk but she's happy and that all that matters.  At least she is not going to Japan!!!!

Anna, she has always wanted to fly. She wanted to be the first women Blue Angel. Since that isn't going to happen she wants to fly helicopters.

Blondie, yea, so happy you found a place, set the date and time! So exciting! Nice that things are falling into place.

Anna, my burns are healing, things are even more chaotic at work. Why they took a place that functioned so well, and put her there to mess it up is beyond me.. I go in, do my time and leave. It is what it is, so I man done worrying about it, or trying to get things to go smoothly.
How are things going for you? Hope all is going well.

Blondie,

How nice that you got the place and now a date and time.  Now all the other things can start to fall in place!!!

Jean,

What joy babysitting.  Even tho she had a little fussy period.  Keep us posted on what your daughter learns.  I know it will be hard if she goes back in.  Most important, I think, would be where she would be sent.  It would be sad to have to watch them move to some other part of the country.  What does she want to fly?

Catsmom,

How are your burns?  Anything else exciting at work or are things starting to settle down a bit for you???

Hope everyone else is doing fine!!!
