Real funny about the momma thing because that's what I'm getting too! And I love it.  And mine's a newby, but 29!

Hey spomss...I am so far behind.  No Halloween candy (YET!), leaves down and I can't see green at all.  It doesn't it feel like fall with no young son saying momma....

I am wearing RED today.  No sadness though!

Good morning Navy NY Moms, I am happy because soon my AZ son will be coming off of his ship in the Pacific.  He has been able to send me texts here and there with lots of love for his "momma".  Idk when I became a Southern Mom but hey, my husband remarked the other day..."he really loves you you know."   Yes, he loves me but he loves his dad too.

Carafid 1, I'm on the north shore of LI. Quite a bit of weather for the last 2 days. I'm not sure if we can say where we are exactly but it's nice to know that there are others out there.

Emily ship09, thanks for the support.  He's really a social guy and hopefully now that he has his car it will make a difference. He's still an AZAA and sort of feels like he's being picked on, not like him at all.

Prayers going out to all those deploying to Africa.  That's a long way from home. God's Speed and be safe.
