While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.
**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:
In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!

I hope that they are getting it together..I'm sure that was brutal To stand for two hours without moving! Thats whats keeping me going 3 more Fridays and we get to see them:)

Yes he gets to call very often. Starting Hell week they had to earn every call after that if not the next call is probably for thanksgiving or the "I'm a sailor " call. And he got moved up too.

Huh. That's awesome for you. I've gotten the 4 phone calls. And then I got one real letter and 2 graduation announcements. You can go get him for thanksgiving even though you aren't family?

well I'm going with his family. But I believe so iin the form he sent didn't say anything that the person had to be a family member just to put the name of the two people picking him up and to fax or email the form back and bring the original the day of. And we put him and a friend of his. Where's your SR. Going to for a school ?

He's staying at great lakes for A school... His family hates me and they don't want to come up there for thanksgiving so I can't go now.

Has anyone had any information on liberty? I seriously hope I can spend the weekend with my boyfriend. These airplane tickets were not cheap.haha.

Just got a call from my SR! Ship 14 div 033.. He was eating a Reese's, his favorite, and drinking an energy drink:) he sounded great. hell week is done. Monday will be week 5 day 1. He said they have firefighting, the gas chamber, then battlestations, then they will be done! There is a light at the end of the tunnel!:)
