For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.
**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:
In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Navymom904- Didn't hear anything about an incident. But I did hear about the inspection score. My SR said it was just a few who were making it harder for everyone else-couldn't seem to come together as a team and did not accept paying attention to detail.

Navymom: Again, those are "threats" to motivate all who may know about the incident to step forward. They will not demote/change jobs of those SRs who were not involved in this. Hoping that this "incident" is resolved soon so they can keep moving forward!

However, I also heard GREAT news about 904 4.8 on all inspections for the group and my SR has 5.0!! Super PROUD, and such a turn around from how he had kept his room as a teenager! LOL... Cant wait to see him on Thanksgiving!! Many prayers to all of our SR as they approach week 6 and final stretch into week 7, as well as their Battle Stations - TEAM work!!

FLBroomie, I heard that something happened in this division 904, and is currently under investigation. I do hope and pay that who and what ever happened that person will step forward and "confess" about what occurred. I also heard that the entire division will loose rank and rates if that person or persons that did this "thing" that is under investigation does not step forward.

Thank you all. I was so worried. He was in DEP for a year before he found the job he wanted.that was available. He trained every day. He was getting so disappointed that he may not graduate on 12/5 and so were we.
