Hope you ladies had a wonderful thanksgiving.  I received my 1st call today from my son, happy dance all day.  I cannot wait to see him at graduation .  I am hoping to adopt him for Christmas day - we will make the drive if we can.  Its a good day.

Colleen, wow you basically spent the whole day on the phone with your kids--a perfect Thanksgiving in my mind.

Hope everyone had a nice day and enjoy the rest of the weekend. Try not to do too much shopping.

Colleen: I am soooo glad you got to talk to each of your kids for that long. Life changes are hard.

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  Our Sailor called yesterday - we talked for 2 hours.  It am so grateful that we got to talk that long.  We talked to our daughter for 3 hours.  We haven't had Thanksgiving alone since 1990 - weird.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
My sailor eas home the last 19 days and left for Cuba again last evening. It's so hard saying goodbye again. But our time together was wonderful.

Hope you all get to hear from your Sailor on Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you.  I hope it's a great one!

Lost power again this morning for about a half hour. Trying to do as much as I can now. We never loose power and if we do it clicks right back on.

Comment by Lorraine on November 25, 2014 at 11:01am
The wind was so bad all day I'm surprised we didn't lose power too. Happy Thanksgiving and enjoy your families.
