Jennifer33486: My plan is to stay at the Navy Lodge, however, I am still undecided on my travel dates.  My original thought was to travel from 1/8-1/11, but with the weather the way it's been, I'm thinking on leaving on 1/7.  What are your plans?

Jennifer and Melissa, Your SRs are in brother divisions and will train from start to Battlestations together.

@ Melissa . Just wondering, was your daughter able to call you today because of the Thanksgiving holiday? I had read previously that she was able to call you last Saturday as well, so I am wondering if she got to call you again because of the holiday. Hoping the same will be for my fiancé lol. Glad to hear she is sounding happier!

I am so thankful for this group. It is nice to know I am not the only mom having a rough time with being separated from my daughter. She told me before she left that worried about me because she knows how I am. I told her I was going to be fine that I knew this would be a challenge that I have prepared myself for. Turns out she was right. This is hard. Reading all the comments and questions and answers have helped tremendously so thank you so very much. My daughter is Ship 02 Division 909.
