Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Hello mommy Merry Christmas!!!!! Des puess de no aver escuchado la voz de mi hija por casi 3 semanas este es el mejor regalo de Navidad que podia aver recivido Gracias a Dios esta bien y se escucha contenta eso me hace muy feliz cuando Hablo me dijo que les dieron unos celulares para que puedan hablar con sus familias y Ivan en camino a un lugar donde van a pasar el dia y celebrar este dia junto a los otros SRs
Les deceo a todas una Feliz Navidad!!

Beronica - cuando es la graduacion de tu hijo? lo siento mucho por que no alcansaste hablar con el. Lo malo de estas llamadas que hacen es que pueden llegar a cualquier hora del dia. Asi que siempre tener el celular bien cargardo y pegado a ti. En el tiempo que mi'ja estuvo en boot camp, solo me llamo 3 veces y las mas larga duro 17 minutos. Es cierto lo que dice benmom en las ultimas 3 semanas estan bien ocupados y no vuelven llamar hasta que terminen Battlestations y te llaman para decir "I'm a Sailor"! Cuando a mi me llego esa llamada, una semana antes de la graduacion, yo estaba aqui en el trabajo y solte una gritadera de alegria que todos me oyeron! Aun que ellos ya sabian que estaba esperando esa llamada y hable con ella por una hora...y eso por que se le acabo el tiempo en la tarjeta telefonica. So, les aviso que no se despeguen del celular y llevenselo hasta el baño!!! jijiiii!!

Hermanas del Navy, les deseo de todo corazon que pasen una muy Feliz Navidad y que Dios les de mucha paz, harmonia, salud y bienestar en union de sus familias y que extiende su mano protectora sobre nuestros Sailors en donde sea que esten.

Beronica ami me paso lo mismo hace 2 semanas no me do cuenta que mi cell timbro por que estaba en no trabajo mi hija me dejo in mensage y yo estaba super triste por que no le conteste lo bueno que volvio a intentar mas tarde y ya pude hablar con ella ojala que tu hijo tenga la oportunidad de volcerte hablar hoy o mañana

Hola a todas estoy muy triste porque perdimos la llamada de mi hijo hace 30 minutos q llamo y mi celular no tenia señal y el d mi esposo tampoco nos dejo mensaje en el cell d mi esposo, estoy bien triste y no puedo parar de llorar no se cuando nos vuelva a llamar. Ustedes saben cuando pueden llamar otra vez?.

hola   leach claudia , ely beronica y todas las demas amigas,pues aqui aprovechando para saludarlas,ya que mi hijo esta durmiendo un rato despues de haber comido el el turkey que les prepare,y estamos esperando su maleta pues en houston se perdieron como 30 entre ellas la de el,tiene ropa aqui pero bajo bastante de peso ahora si deveras parece popeye el marino usa 28 de cintura y parece luchador,bueno como su mama que soy le pongo cuidado .asy que bueno ha seguir disfrutando con mi hijo que lo tengo en casa.claudia asy es las ultimas 3 semanas no hablan casi,hasta que te dicen im a sailor.ami me paso igual porque andan super ocupados.bendiciones y que pasen unas felices navidades en compania de todas sus familiares.

Hola Claudia se como te sientes a mi tampoco me ha llamado mi hijo, pero hoy recibí su primera carta u eso me hizo sentir un poco aliviada se que esta bien y me dice que sólo el domingo puede escribir y al igual que tu quisiera escucharlo.
