I am thinking that is what happened. he said they were a rowdy group, but that he was keeping quiet.Plus, he failed his swim test and had to take swimming lessons, so maybe that took up his phone time?I don't know. I just miss him. I want to hear his voice. But I am thankful for the letters I received! Hopefully, there will be more coming this week.

Peanut820 I truly understand how you feel I was in the card store picking out his birthday and christmas cards and started crying apologized to the people working it was really hard to pull it together though. A few people posted that the have gotten call from div 911 this weekend but I have not it makes me sad and pray that he did well on the written test

Peanut, thanks for the reply, my SR is in division 073. There were a lot of calls being received last week, so I was hoping for one as well. At least I received letters!

To Lilo54 I too have had random moments. Yesterday I was doing a bit of Xmas shopping and a Christmas song came on that made me a little emotional, but I gathered myself and went on about business so I wouldn't make a scene.lol It is hard though when you have so many memories around your home and different scenarios, a song, etc. happens to really bring your emotions to the surface. But, I know he is following his dream and the rewards will be so worth this moment in time for his happiness. But, I can so totally relate to your comment.

You are welcome, Peanut!

Oh, and Thank you diannep for the link to RSVP.

I also saw where several of you are staying at Springhill Suites. That is where we will be staying also. Hope to see some of you there!

Startfish1.- No, he hasn't mentioned anything like that. I don't think that any of 804 have got to call home yet, unless they won a call for scoring well on a test or something. My SR said he thinks they should be able to call home next week for sure He, probably like everyone else, was wanting to score 5.0 on the academic test, so they could get that 30 min call home. Hopefully one of them were lucky enough to get that call.

Thank you diannep! He did say that he thought they would get to make a phone call next week.

Oops! Sorry-meant to say letter!

Peanut, that is a great leter! Thank you for sharing! Did he happen to mention if his division was rowdy? In a letter I received from my SR, he said that his division was rowdy and that they had to do a lot of pushups but that they were learning. I am wondering if that is why I haven't received a phone call yet? If so, I hope they learn quickly because it's been far too long to go without hearing his voice. thank you for sharing their schedule for last week. It helps to know what they're doing!
