Some days are definitely harder than others. I was missing him a TON Sunday and Monday and was very weepy. Today is better. I think that planning for our upcoming trip to Great Lakes is helping me. I LOVE THE COUNTDOWN!!

We are all in this together. ((NMH))

Hang in there adpsmom!  We are almost to week 4!  We are approaching the last uphill climb before we start our decline!  Hoping you have a good day!

BonecrushersMom,

Now, I would have thought your SR was a male--I'm a typical chauvenist!  Well, even though she earned the nickname due to accidental injuries to others... thinking it's perfect to get her through Boot Camp because she's going to just plow right through it~~  Glad she enlisted with the RIGHT military branch-- HOOYAH U.S. NAVY!!

Comment by BonecrushersMom on January 28, 2015 at 12:01am

Thanks FTLW!  It is truly my SR's nickname and has a bittersweet story behind it.  She had a bad week about 18 months ago while she was still working at enlisting.  At the time she was working towards Army.  (Luckily she came back to the light..lol)  She had an accidental collision in gym class that the other girl's temple struck her chin and the other girl got a concussion.  Then a couple of days later at home her and my exBF's son were rough housing and her shoulder hit his pinkie finger as they tumbled to the floor and it broke.  :(  When the Army recruiters heard this they nicknamed her Bonecrusher.  She feels/felt terrible about the accidents, but loves the name.

I like your name and acronym both!  Nice way to honor your husband.

*a division's day 1 can be on any WEEK day...weekends do not count as training days.

Comment by diannep on January 27, 2015 at 10:45pm

The divisions will not all be on the same training day (brother divisions will be though) and they don't all start day 1 of the week on a Monday....a division's day 1 can be on any day.

Remember, Bootcamp weeks are different from training weeks.  This week is actually the end of training week 1/beginning of training week 2 for all divisions....they are just within 3 days of each other.
