Wow William - that is a lot of snow!  I can't even begin to imagine.....It's a wonder you didn't freeze while plowing (or perhaps you did)!

It was enough for me last week in NY with a dusting of snow and 27*......Like NancyJo said, be careful my friend.

Comment by NancyJo (NNPTC) on January 30, 2015 at 5:02pm

That's the problem with those big snowfalls, isn't it? You really can't wait for it all to fall because then it's so deep it becomes a problem to move. If you can you get ahead of it. But those frigid temps are dangerous. Be careful, my friend.

Comment by William in Nashua on January 30, 2015 at 4:47pm

Correction it was 33.2" of snow in Nashua according to weather.com after I plowed the first 2 feet of it in the morning I had to go out and plow the whole thing again before dark.

Comment by William in Nashua on January 30, 2015 at 4:37pm

This time we actually did not lose power because the 30-40 MPH winds (while I was out there plowing mind you) were blowing so hard  the snow was blown right off the tree branches before it could stick.  The trees around here actually accumulated little snow.

Comment by William in Nashua on January 30, 2015 at 4:34pm

There was 28 inches of snow in the Nashua area.   While standing at the front door of my house at 9 am you could not see the house directly across the street from us.  I have a diesel tractor with a front loader on it but an open cab, and it  2-1/2 hours to plow, and then tomorrow I really need to move some of the piles of snow that are encroaching onto the driveway.   It was 9 degrees above zero when I started Lol.

Wow William in Nashua that is amazing!  We here in So. Calif. had 82 degrees last weekend.  We would like a little bit of your winter, can you send it our way pretty please?  :-)

Comment by NancyJo (NNPTC) on January 30, 2015 at 2:36pm

Oof, William, that's awful. Did you lose power? Be careful clearing that snow. That storm was a bad one.

Comment by William in Nashua on January 30, 2015 at 2:31pm

Congratulations B'sNukeMom, and good luck to your son on the exam Nancy Jo.

I took this photo in our driveway while plowing during the blizzard, before it dumped another 5 inches of snow on top of that Lol.

Thanks so much for your input! As much as they don't want to, they may have to wait.

Good Morning and Happy Friday!

1proudmama - funny you say that about Tom Selleck - people used to always say that was my hubby's celebrity look alike (way back in the day of course LOL).

Zach&Jakesmom - there's no spring break in A school. His best bet would probably be to do something right after A school grad.  They usually can take some leave time then.
