Montana, My son is still buddies with several from BC, which was three years ago. One of his buddies from BC went to the same A School, met back up in San Diego for a C School class, and are now stationed on the same ship 6000 miles from home.

As different ships pull into the port where he is stationed he always checks to see of anyone from BC is stationed on that ship. Buddies from BC, buddies forever.

I'll have to check FB.  Almost want a grandbaby (not really, I'm not ready yet!) for the adorable outfits!  I'll check FB as soon as I get out of work. 1/2 day today.  Busy with my youngest.  He's a junior in HS and West Point has sent him 2 invitations to apply. I threw them in the trash!!!  I told him if he really wants military, it's Naval Academy. No Army! Their moms don't get to wear anchor jewelry. lol.

Oh, I guess you will if your there for 42 weeks!  Didn't read that correctly the first time.  Forgot to tell you and the other mommies to be  Target had a 3 pack of onesies that had different patterns of anchors!!  They were so cute!  I saw them last night. Anchors must be a trend this Spring.

Comment by Jodie on February 27, 2015 at 9:41am
Haha we will be there for a year or so. So we will get to experience it all! :p fingers crossed for that call

Jodie, at least it will be spring in Chicago for A school rather than the dreaded winter.  My son will see the extremes.  BC in GL and A school in SA, TX!

So...if diannep is correct then maybe 920 will get phone calls this weekend if they begin Hell Week on Tuesday.  Hoping! :)
