Wow.  A lot to catch up on.  We came back from GC on Tuesday and I went back to work on Wed so haven't had time to write.  Congrats to those who passed test/comps/orals.  Prayers for those with retakes.  May they each keep calm and think clearly during the retakes.

Here is a pic of my Sailor just before Power School graduation last week.  So proud of her!  I tried to post that day but couldn't do it from my phone.

I know he said he passed his last test on Friday for his MM  and he said he will have comps on Monday. He said his PFA was a run of 926, 108 sit ups and 80 something push ups. I finally got an answer that it was passing. He did not mention dash for cash or getting promoted to Petty Officer 3rd Class. I generally get one word. Like pray. I send back for what school or health and get another one word. So he definitely keeps me guessing.  So I always appreciate the information I get on Navy for Moms.  So sorry for the family of Not da Mama may God comfort them during this difficult time.

Lots going on here! We were not able to attend the Prototype graduation at Yorktown yesterday. 1proudmama/EM/S8G/1403 Could you tell me which FB page you are a member of that showed pictures of graduation? Thanks!

lilo54 glad you are getting to meet up with your sailor. You are in my neck of the country, we live NW of Richmond. It is terribly cold here for this time of year, and the big 10K is going on downtown so traffic will be a nightmare in that area. Lots of great history in richmond just don't try and see it in the morning during race.

BNukesmom thanks for the well wishes and your heatwave sounds wonderful some areas around me are seeing snow showers. It was 78 Thursday no wonder I'm sick. blah

so sorry to hear about not da mama. his posts always made me smile.

Boywondermom hugs to you and hope you hear some good news soon.

Enjoyed seeing all the pictures over on facebook of the prototype graduation on the Yorktown. Where does NY have theirs at? Is it always same place?

Dittersmom- glad your sailor is settling in and furnishing his apartment.

Dinky - congratulations to your sailor passing his orals
