Thank you Judith, I hope you get to hear something today....I know it is driving you nuts not to know!!! It won't be long, I'm sure!!

He called about 5pm. We were able to talk for about 10 minutes. He sounded all sniffley and tired. He said he was ok, and answered my million questions, and when I asked if there was anything I could do for him from home, he got all choked up. OMG that hurt to hear, but we changed the subject to food and he was able to recover. (That boy can eat some serious groceries!)

I am so so hoping your son is able to get a call out. It will be such a relief to hear his voice and give him some momma encouragement.  I kept reminding him that the first 2 weeks were the hardest and they were almost there & over with!

Sending you virtual hugs!

Hi Aimee! I'm so glad you got to hear from your son. I know it must be so hard on them especially these first two weeks. But you did well!! We just have to provide them with encouraging words at this point. My son told me before he went that even if things were horrible that he wouldn't tell me so I wouldn't worry. :/
I really wish I could hear from my son, just to see how he's doing. I'm trying to keep myself busy not to think about it too much.
Thanks Aimee for the virtual hugs! Sending them to you as well!! :)
I got my call today too!!

My best guess is that might be my son's date.  3/17 shipped

MamaBear is SOOO HAPPY!!! I got a 20 min call today from my baby girl!! I was heartbroken after I reali that I had thought my daughter to be in Div. 173 and the Moms were getting calls. It was after 1/2 hour that I reali she was at Div. 176! I really thought I would not hear from her today! Thank you Lord!!
Yay! No letter or package yet, but was able to find out my son is in Div. 927 and PIR date is May 18th! Finally got his address so I can start sending him letters of love and encouragement. :)
Division 927 has PIR in 05/15/2018.
Oops! That's what I meant. I don't know why I typed the 18th. Lol

:o)

That is so great sunshinesmom, I know that is a huge relief for you! !

Hooray, So happy you have some good news, That is my SR division and PIR as well. If you have not already join the 5/15/15 PIR group. Have a great day Sunshinesmom,

Rete

Who did you contact?  My husband is going crazy not having heard from our son.  I have the Recruiter's business card but I wouldn't know what to ask him.
