Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 191 and 192

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

She didn't say what time, but sounds about right. :)
My SR called around 18:00 today! He said everyone's getting very sick & that he had a fever :( . But he was very cheery to hear my voice and we got to talk for 20 minutes so it was really nice! He said next week is hell week, he couldn't believe how fast everything had gone by. He also said that he'd be calling me most likely every weekend until PIR which is really nice, unless other wise mandated by the RDC. Good luck to all of our recruits! Can't wait to hold him at graduation!!
Mine called around the same time and said the same thing that everyone is sick, including her! She was running fevers last week now very congested in the head along with the stomach flu! Which she said even Petty Officer had. She said she saw a Dr they wanted to keep her in SQ for 2 days but she said no otherwise she would've been able to make her phone call yesterday. And if she just keeps going it takes her mind off being sick. But over all she is doing good and only 27 days to go! She also said she is ready for Hell week! I felt so bad she was so sick, I just want to be a mom and go nurse my baby back to good health!

Good  afternoon!

Loved hearing from my SR yesterday. He seemed a bit worried about Hell week that starts Tuesday is the start of 4-1. Up at 4 and bed at 8, icky! Says there divisions have earned several flags one for academics I remembered. I forgot the others as well as they were making one. Also said the girls department was under watch for major stomach issues. Ick!

I am also looking for his bunkmates, last names begin with H and G and a J anyone out there?

I miss him so much! Almost there 25 days!

My SR says the div had a bad week and it completely broke my heart hearing how stressed out he was :( my prayers go out to all of our SR may these next three weeks not kill them.
My SR seemed so quiet, it was nerve racking. He said the division was down 18 people being out sick. Which isn't anyone fault, that's life! But said the division lost points. Which seems a bit harsh, but what do I know. Just that my SR was also concerned a out testing Monday. Says the so called Hell Week was easy. They also had formal picture done. I was sure how I would purchase them?? Definitely want some pictures does anyone know how to purchase them?
Thank you!
22 days!!

Finaly able to speak with my SR! Missed every other call because was at work. He was happy and said is going well! Doesn't know how much time he'll have after PIR but is certain it isn't much. Had said that he doesn't want us to come up for PIR, as he would like to give our spots to anotherSR and wait till he gets a weekend off for us to visit. So I'm very glad the ceremony will be video'd!

Have scoured the fb photos but haven't seen him yet.

He will have to purchase them and give them to us at PIR - regarding formal pics

Good morning everyone!

Has anyone seen any FB pictures of the ship group yet? I've looked through them all, but keep hoping I've overlooked one and so try again. Am feeling more down about not going to PIR. The video is going to be very important to me!
