My son left on the 13th, I did receive his box, but no letter yet.   I asked the recrruiter for his division etc. He stated the ship was 14 div 222 and grad date July 10th which cant come soon enough.  This is so difficult not being able to talk to him

I agree it is the no communication that I think is the hardest.

Navymom9828, our sons are in the same division!  I got the letter today too.  Ship 12 Div 232!!

how exciting!!! Mine should come soon!

Proud Navy Mom, Division 222 has PIR on 06/26/2015 and yes, that division is on Ship 14, but there is no way that your recruit is in that division. I'm not sure which divisions in the 07/10/2015 TG will be on Ship 14. Wait a day or so more. The Form Letter typically arrives an average of 10 days after arrival. As you can see others with recruits who arrived a day before your recruit have received the letter today. Your recruit has to be in a division that is 231 or higher since the RTC has confirmed that Division 230 is the last regular division in the 07/02/2015 TG. We know that Divisions 231 and 232 are on Ship 12. See http://www.bootcamp.navy.mil/upcoming_grads.asp. DON'T send any letters based on the info that you received from the recruiter since it is WRONG!

Day 10 i so hope I get something from my son, still no box and letters. I'm thinking it could be because we live in Corpus Christi, tx
Would be the reason why we haven't received it yet?
I got my letter today! 13/234 so excited hope everyone's come soon!

Cristinab, my son is Ship 13, Div 234 and graduation of July 10. Its so weird that our boys are going thru this together and we are communicating on here. Send lots of letters!!!!

I finally got my form letter!!!! 12/231 graduation date is 7/10 but no The Box yet
That's exciting. .so happy for you! I'm waiting for a real letter now..I'd love to know how he's holding up:)
Thank you!!!! So now I can write him a letter!!
