JoesMom;  If your son is staying in GL for A School, you will have the full weekend (daytime) with him.  He will have to return to base each night.  If your son is flying out for A School, that most likely will happen the day after PIR so you will have PIR Day with him (he returns to base that night) and you can meet him at the airport the next day and wait until he departs.  They are bussed out there in the wee hours of the morning to wait for flights, which can leave anywhere from 6 a.m. until early evening.

My son is in Division 242, Hopper. I have only hear from my son 1 time. Once I was away from my son. :-( Anyway my son is graduating July 17 and I'm wondering how much time I will get to spend with him.

Hi Friends!

     "I have told you these things,

      so you may find peace in Me.

      In this world you will have trials.

      But take heart!  I have overcome

Friends,

This scripture is so appropriate for the Battlestations that your SRs will be going through soon.  Perhaps you can share with your SR in a letter now.

     "Fear not, for I have redeemed you;

      I have summoned you by name;  you are mine.

      When you pass through the waters,

      I will be with you; and when you pass

      through the rivers, they will not sweep over you.

      When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned;

      the flames will not set you ablaze.  For I am the Lord,

      your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior..."

                                                                 Isaiah 43:1b-3a

Becky Weaver - where in Colorado are you?  We are in Wheat Ridge.    Will you be going to PIR?  What division is your SR in?

Hello All!

     "For everything that was written in the past

      was written to teach us, so that through

      endurance and the encouragement of the

      scriptures we might have hope."
