Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 267 and 268

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

So has any family in 267 gotten a call today? Just missing my son more than usual today and was hoping for a call.

Haven't got a call yet. I know its tough but you can do it! Remember that this is the best thing for your son.

Haven't gotten one Hope she knows how to use her phone card

Just to let you know, an entire division will not be set back, and nobody is ever sent back to p days. Individuals can be set back (asmo'd) and put into a different TG for additional training, but not an entire division.

Divisions are told this to put a fire under their butts. :)

Thanks for clarifying that for me!   I thought that was the case but was getting a little concerned!!   Have a good day!!!

My son is in Division 267 also.  I did get a call from my son yesterday!!!   I have never been happier in all my life, to hear his voice just made my day!!!   He sounded happy and said he was doing very well, in both his physical training and classroom "stuff"!!!   Said he was sleeping good and eating good, said the food was good!!   Of course I didn't have all the time I wanted and of course couldn't think of all the questions I wanted to ask him---the ones I had been thinking on for 3 solid weeks!!  LOL!!  But just to know he is doing ok and is handling everything well is enough for me at this point.  I have read that we will possible get another phone call in about 3 wks (they may earn others by that time also--I think??)!!   Really hope you all do get your calls, I know how you are feeling.  It was about to wear me down not knowing and not talking to him!!   Just know that they are being taken good care of!!  God Bless all of you!!   We all have wonderful sons/daughters/husbands!!!!   Hope you all have a great day!

I got a call from my son on Sunday also he's in Div 268. He also mentioned them being told the whole Div was going to get asmo'd & I told him not to worry it's all about team work . he sounded like he's having a rough week but I know he'll make it through. I told him what they were scheduled for this week & he was very surprised I knew what their schedule was going to be thanks to this site. That lifted his spirits to know what was coming up this week. hope everyone gets a call or letter this week ☺

Hey, they are brother divisions!!!     Glad you got your call also!!  my son didn't mention anything, said things were going well.  What does "asmo'd" mean??  I have seen it before but I'm drawing a blank right now???  Thanks!

Where can I see their schedule in here? My boyfriend is in DIV 267 and I would love to know what's coming up for them every week

Hello NataliaRuTo!!!   My son is in division 267 also!!!   I will try to find the schedule I found the other day!!!   I was at work and didn't copy it so I will have to find it but when I do I will let you know.  It was a really good reference for what they do weekly.  Hope I can find it!   Hope you heard from your boyfriend this past Sunday!!

Thank you so much, Amy!! YES, I RECEIVED HIS CALL!!! It was AMAZING and very emotional hearing his voice and get to talk to him about how he's doing and everything. He's excited and doing pretty good! I really hope you can find the schedule! Thanks for the help!!!

Hello again!   Ok I found it and I'm going to try to tell you where it is, not too hard to find.  I just couldn't get it to copy & paste the link in here (you can tell I'm to too computer "Saavy")!    It is one of the topics on the right hand side of the group "PIR 08/14/2015 TG-40"  just go to that group (which is this same one we're in I believe" look on the right hand side, below the pictures and there are a lot of topics and one of this is "what is your recruit doing now" or Recruits Schedule (I'm limited on my screens here and can't remember exact wording)!    Hope this helps!!!
