Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 259 and 260

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Received a call from my RS this morning!  He sounds like he's getting used to the routine and his tone makes it clear that he feels he made to right decision to join the Navy.  He was throwing around Navy acronyms like an old salt, so I'll have to do some studying so I can keep up with him.  No complaints other than that the Salisbury Steak they serve is more like meatloaf! When I write, I always tell him how proud I am of him and how important his choice of Navy service is!  Dad and I were able to spend about 45 minutes talking to him before he had to relinquish his phone. Too short, but I'll just have to look forward to his next call.  I've already written another letter to him.  Hope others are hearing from their SRs this Independence Day.  What a special treat!

I will not miss this special unique occassion! And I look forward to meeting all the other proud moms. God bless us all!
