Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 231 and 232

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Last phone call was June 13th and no letters for 2 weeks.(from my SR) I know no news is good news but this mom is beginning to have heart failure. How is everyone else coping?

We went for two weeks without a letter once too and that was tough.  Hang in there. A call should come on Monday.  Do you get to be at PIR?

So, today (tonight) is the BIG day for them I think.  Tomorrow will be all of ours as we get those calls.  Well, not as big as Friday!  They're all in our thoughts and prayers.  I hope they had a great time at the Captain's Cup.

Yes, I am going to PIR and Sarge's meet and greet the night before. I know my son is doing well. The last conversation we had was fantastic, he sounded in a really good place.  I hope they were able to enjoy themselves at the Captain's Cup too. It sounds like a big field day to me. However,  I think I'm going to explode when I get " I am a sailor" call.

I'm with you, JennigerP!  And all the different information about when it will likely come was driving me a little batty until I decided to stop trying to figure it out and just assume everyday is THE day.  They'll be well prayed for by the time they actually get to it!  : )

I agree with you guys...I am not sleeping waiting for the call and I have burned up two full 3 wick candles.....I keep telling myself just breath...it will be soon!!!!

I should say that  I was letting all the info drive me batty.  I do very much appreciate everyone sharing what they know.

I just added a "C" to my profile name because there is another Christine in the PIR 7/10/2015 group and I was getting confused.  : )

I sure wish I was going to get to meet you ladies.  My husband will have to take a group photo at the Meet and Greet!  His flight to the US is this evening.  I'm sending a little something from Africa for each of you.

Christine, sorry you couldn't make it to PIR. Your husband made his rounds and I believe found everyone! Thank you for the Chocolate!!  I hope most of us will try and stay in touch with one another. I haven't visited this page in a few days due to busy schedule. Didn't get back from GL until 10:30 last night and worked at 7:30 this morning till 6:00 things just don't get done by themselves.

We have a Sailor!!!

Congratulations, everyone!!  We're a pretty happy family here.  Crazy that they went when they were supposed to, eh?  All that wondering and guessing for naught. Oh well!   Mine said they're weeding a lot these days but it's a good thing because they get to be outside and talk together.

I'm headed to bed now (almost midnight!), but look forward to hearing more details if you have any you can/would like to share.  I'll write more tomorrow.

Happy for all!
