AmyS, that's priceless.  Thanks for sharing.  I'm so glad your Sailor made it home to be with his dad.

Not sure if anyone is interested, but there is a query on the facebook page asking if anyone is interested in getting together on the 18th.  No place or time set unless there is enough interest.  So far most folks are unavailable and some have suggested a hiatus until fall.  Just to keep everyone in the loop.

Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers. Even though it seemed like forever to get him here, my son has been home for almost 24 hours now and it made my husband a very happy man to see him. My son laid down with him and caught him up on what was going on in his life and then they napped for a few hours. Seeing him sleeping there with his dad was so sweet.

AmyS sorry to hear you are going through this. I hope you are holding up okay. Any news about your husband or son?

Prayers for God's intervention in this whole situation, and may He give you comfort and peace.

AmyS, praying that your husband can hold on until your Sailor gets home.  Prayers for strength for you, too.  Caregiving is very rewarding and very demanding.  Peace to all of you.

AmyS - my thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.  I pray your son gets home to see his dad and for you to support each other.  I can't imagine what you are going through but we are here for you.
