Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 305 and 306

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

I received a bonus call from my son today because he needed some additional information for his job. He is Div 305 and he said today is 1-1 if you are following along! He also said they were told the chapel will be open for extra guests on PIR day!

Connorsmom, I got a phone call early this morning because my husband needed an address. Two hours later I got another phone call from him and was able to talk for a while. He told me the same thing about the chapel. When did your son leave for bootcamp? I don't think we can post specifics, but I wonder if your son and my husband are going to have the same job and that's why we got the bonus call. I don't think that is a normal thing?! But boy am I grateful for it!
Wow two calls! Lucky girl! My son left on 7/20. Definitely sounds like they could have the same job.

My SR called this morning looking for contact info for our neighbors, who we say hi to and help them out when they need it, but i never call them we just knock on their door and they wanted their phone number. They are both at work can i call the number back that my SR called from once one of them comes home from work?

It was nice to talk to my SR he sounded pretty good.

What a happy surprise! Even a short call at this stage in the game is the best thing ever. My son talked like they are all doing well!
Hi I am Kellie. my son is in 305.(nuke)I'm sure happy for you both. I am excited to know they Are finally on day 1-1! And also to know there is room for a fourth guest at the chapel. Thanks for the update.

I am happy that you got calls but also incredibly jealous!! lol

Me too. He said p days were the worst. That's what everyone says....
Anna, not sure if your following this yet, but when I talked to my husband today I told him about this site and said I had already "met" a few moms and significant others from his division. He thought I was kidding and then went on to say he met a guy before bed last night and they talked about how he was engaged! Made me wonder if it was your fiancé :D

That's great that you talked to your husband! i wonder if it was :)

I am so glad I found this group! I am in 2 PIR groups on Facebook but not one single person in them is in Div 305. I was feeling kind of lonely in there. LOL  How many of you are going to Sarge's Meet and Greet on 9/10?

I plan on going to Sarge's meet and greet on the 10th :)
