Still no word from Alex... nothing, and I'm starting to worry. No news is good news would be great if I knew that the last time I talked to him he hadn't been feeling so down.

Just venting...

Why can't they take pictures of the people in the FIT Program? Are the people in FIT "quarantined" from all of the other groups?

I'm sorry he hasn't written, that would make things better for sure! what I can tell you is beating themselves up is normal, but the environment is one of "let's get this done and get the *ell out of here". so he's trying to pass and most likely getting better with every run. are you sending mail daily? and some self addressed letters and tell him he must write you! good luck.... it's hard to not know. very hard!

Thank you. I just hope that he is doing good. I just need to know that he is feeling better about everything. The last call I got was a week ago and he was beating himself up pretty good about failing the running test. Since then I haven't received any letters what so ever. I am worried about him.

Alex's mom, fit gets to call once every cpl weeks.... worth good behavior and if they aren't on watch. rcu gets to call more often, they made calls yesterday. hang in there. there is an end in sight!

I kind of thought with Alex being in FIT, that I might actually hear from him more often.

I hope everyone is doing well (considering). Hopefully I will get a call from Alex tomorrow. I miss him and I know he misses me.

Prayers and good thoughts go out to all of you with children/loved ones in the fit program or in RCU.

I kind of thought I would have received something since he asked me Sunday if I had received his letter yet. I did tell him that he didn't have to wait until I wrote to send me a letter. He wasn't big on communication before he left, but since he's been in BC I have received a letter every week until the last 2 weeks.

Aw, I'm sorry that you still haven't received any letters. :( Maybe he's just not big on writing?

We got another letter from our daughter, though, I think it was from before I last spoke to her. Something that frustrates me is that her attempts to pass her run have sometimes been done while sick and on several medications. Not good. Of course that's not going to go well, so it's a wasted attempt against her. She has shaved her run time quite a bit, but at this point, just needs to pass so that she can move on. She speaks positively, in general, of being on watch, her superiors, and her overall experience. She just really looks forward to moving on to her school. I really hope she can pass today's run...if she does run. I think she's supposed to, though. Praying and crossing our fingers.
