Good Morning to Everyone.
The weather was a wild ride all weekend. It is still a little breezy and is suppose to stay that way until Wednesday. At least we have power again. There are a lot of place that don't have power yet. That would be a bummer with out it. Hope everyone has a fantastic Monday and the rest of the week.
Morning Everyone, We r back home and getting back into the school grind. This past week was phenomenal, Something I will treasure and never forget. I meet some really great people who also took this Journey, It was definitely great to meet then and become a friends/navy family. Sarge's meet n greet was awesome. Food was great, The info was awesome, what that man and his family does for the Military is just great, It was a long tiring week, but let me tell you.,, it was worth every bit of loosing sleep and driving 22 hours one way. Knowing you have a Sailor and your about to Witness it all live,To watch that door rise up and see the feet of them Sailors marching, as the door continues to rise, u get chills, then they all come marching in is WOW!!! Tears flowed, we were yelling! To be able to find your loved one and just see the glow on their face was Phenomenal. Ive been to an Airforce Graduation and I can say The Navy puts one hell of a Graduation on!! We as a Family couldn't be more Proud. I want to thank EVeryone again for the love and Support WHo took the Jourey with us. As we close this Chapter and begin a new one all i can say is Buckle up, who knows where she will take us!!!
Vickyrun,
I'm glad Chrissy is happy and enjoys being a yeoman!!! Sounds a lot better than FC!!! But I'm sure for some, that is a fantastic rating!!
Jean,
Wow!! Sorry to hear about your weather. Hope it gets better for you all soon!!!
Tomorrow we take Jenn and start heading for VA!!! It's strange trying to make room for one more person in the trailer!! And we had to figure out how to use the fold out sofa bed!! But it will be so wonderful to see everyone!!! I can't wait to hug my sailor son, my two little granddaughters and everyone else!!!!!!!
Will try to keep in touch but not making any promises - - - - be good everyone and have a great week!!!!!
Hi Jean, I am glad you survived the storm.
