Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 313 AND 314

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Letters abound! I was in such a good mood after getting home last night and reading his letters. He cracks me up though, Said he thinks that Navy is trying to make a housewife out of him instead of a sailor. :) The boy is crazy!!! Sounds like they have their second PFA next week at like 4 in the morning! Anyways Happy Friday!!!

Its almost 4:00 ladies hope and pray ever

yones phones start ringing

I got a call (div 314) at 2:00pm pst. My SR sounded great, but tired. Said they were given 9 hours of sleep last night and was very happy about that. He mentioned that his division is doing well, better as time goes on. They are accumulating more flags and not getting any hits. Hope you all get calls soon! Happy Navy Mom here!!

Good morning everyone! So glad the phones were ringing this weekend! Sounds like 313 is doing great. My SR said there is some award that if they were still giving it out, their div would be getting it. They are taking so few hits and bonding so well together! 17 days and counting!!! SR found out that his A school is longer than what he thought but thinks he may be able to come home on leave at Christmas since the school pretty much shits down and they will be close to the end. Starting to wrap up my airport shopping for him and finding some peace in this whole thing. SO proud of my boy and I know he made the right decision to GO NAVY!!! Babbling today I know. Had a two hour drive to work in the rain this morning so I am already brain dead on a Monday! Hope you all have a fantastic day!!

Unless I miss my guess Division 314 should do Battlestations next week. Anyone heard anything??

GRITS, really? So soon? I thought week of PIR, but that would be great! Does anyone know yet when they will have it? Gotta tell all the family to burn their blue candles!!

There are pictures up on the Blood Drive page. Guys and Gals both shown... Search for Armed Services Blood Program, Great Lakes, IL. Not sure what divisions are there today. My SR said that 313 was going this Friday though...

was hoping to see 313 today in the blood drive pics. Jeff's notice stated 313/314/315/316 all were donating today.  Seems as though my SR thought later in the week also. Guess we'll see Friday.

Well I just read on RTC Facebook page that was posted that Battlestations could occur anywhere from 8 to 2 days prior to graduation. That the only information we will get from now on will be from our SR's. I sure hope that it's the 8 days instead of 2. My husband works out of town and it has been difficult for him to get off. He is coming in town late tuesday night and we are leaving early wednesday morning for GL . My son's projected graduation date is the 18th. He is in Division 314. I'm adding this to my notes to ask him if he knows when they will do Battlestation's. If I find out I will post it. I pray he gets to call this week. I have to keep my younger son out of school, animals to board and take time off from work myself. It will be heartbreaking to be on our way to GL and still dont have that phone call before we leave the driveway.

BattleStations for these 2 divisions will most likely be at the beginning of PIR week.  A 12 hr overnight drill, with calls coming in after 2pm Central on the day that they finish.

Please do not post the exact BattleStations date you may receive from your SR.  We are not allowed to post exact dates on here or FB, but you CAN post that you have received a date and ask others to private message you for it.  My guess is that you will have received your call by the time your husband returns home!

Prayers for our boys this week!
