Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 009 and 010

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Glad we have one place to come now to check on the Ship 14 and Div 009...still have a hard time finding my way around here and/or figuring our what should happen when...no news is good news hasn't been making me feel any better :(.

My recruit is Ship 14 /Div 010.  We got an actual letter today.  I was so happy!

I am glad to here letters are finally coming. Can't wait to hear from my SR.

I got a letter!! Div 010! Made my morning.. I'm wishing the best for you guys who didn't get one yet.. Just know that he wrote it a week after they sent out the form letter and I'm just getting it now.. So it takes a while! I'm in upstate New York by the way.
He said it is so boring so try to write every day with stuff that's going on at home or his favorite sports team.. Mine asked for lyrics to songs so it must be very boring

I've been trying to find any trending items online to send along (that would be appropriate) - there's only so much home stuff to write about - lol.  Glad you got a letter!

Hi all! so glad some letters are coming in now from 009/010 - we are ship 14 div 010.  Please keep the info coming, nice to hear details about what's going on there.  Hopefully we will get something in the next day or 2.

I have had no letters other than the form letter and no phone calls. It has been three weeks. My son is Div009 Ship 14 anyone had or heard anything?

How many of your SR had their wisdom teeth removed? It blows my mind this is what they have done in bootcamp.

My son had his pulled. Div009. All Mom's of Div 009 they need our support let's keep those letters going. My son says it really helps. I just got a call this afternoon.
