While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.
**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:
In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Yay! Phone call yesterday! It was so so great to hear her voice...Hope all of you have heard (or will soon) from your loved ones! It definitely makes it easier...Can't wait for PIR...

Hi. Got letter today, yay! Ship11/div.359. Had swimming test last week. Got uniform, boots(which hurt) and dog tags, she seems to be doing ok! Rough getting used to sleeping and showering with 98 females. The needles were not fun at all! Working hard, not much down time. All of you who haven't received letters yet, hang in there! Hopefully calls this weekend.

I finally received a call from my SR!!!! Happy day! He's in division 359.

Got a letter from my son and he mentioned that he's getting the Marksmanship ribbon (expert). So proud of him. :)

Not quite the ribbon. Misunderstood him completely. It wasn't the live round. Hope he gets it though!

I got a short letter from my Sr he sounds go driven he misses watching Dallas football with his dad I told him he is not missing much our team is not so good this year but he wants me to send pictures and I don't want him to get in trouble can I send them I wish I could see pictures of him with his his div360 but I have not seen any two more weeks guys and we will be in Chicago
