Morning everybody!

Good to hear you made it safely and you're with your girls Anna!

Mom radar is very strong JayDee! I hope there aren't any issues that will affect her in any negative way!

Hope everyone has a safe and happy 3 day weekend.

Good Morning Everyone. We made it to Friday.

Good morning Anna - glad to see you back!  Sounds like you got your gal moved and settled without incident.  Your jalapeno recipe sounds good.  I just used sweet sausage, cream cheese and cheddar cheese.  They got high marks from our super bowl friends so they must have hit the spot.

I hope you enjoy every minute of your 5 days.  Seems like it takes forever to get here then flies away in a heart beat.

My gal has called me the last couple nights.  Apparently there was quite a ruckus with a group at power school.  My guess is that she wanted to call me before I heard it here so I realized that it didn't involve her.  Smart girl.  Mom radar is strong.

Blondie - are you feeling better?  We are getting hit with winter again here and I was hoping it wasn't making you feel worse as your area usually gets hit right after us.

I wish all of you a very happy weekend!

Good Evening Ladies!!!

Sorry I've been out of touch for the past couple days.  By the time Catherine and I got to a stopping point for the night, we'd grab some dinner, soak in a hot tub and then hit the hay!!  I literally never took my computer out of my backpack!!!

Lots of good news on here  -

Gail,

So sorry I didn't get back to your question but what the other moms said was exactly what I was referring to.  Thank you so much ladies for covering for me - you are all the best!!!!

Oleander,

Thank you!!  We made it here safely to OK.  All the stuff is safely in a storage unit and Catherine is moved in with her twin sister.  Now she starts the job search!!!

bbcregular,

I also belong to the American Legion!!  Those comics are the first things I read!!!

Bchgrl68,

I'm so happy your girl was able to work through her second guessing.  I agree tho - I wouldn't have wanted my girl to move up her ship date.  She was in DEP for a year and I still felt it wasn't enough time!!!!

LucindaC,

When did you serve??  I remember having those same thoughts on my first night!!!

JayDee,

What do you use to stuff your jalapenos??  I stuff Anaheims with hot sausage mixed with onion, cream cheese and diced jalapenos.  So good!!!!  I also hope the next 13 days go quickly for you.  However, I get the next 5 days with my two girls together so I want my time to go slowly!!!!!

momof3,

Glad your girl got her ship date.  Yes, it will be here quicker than you want it to.  I so understand your mixed emotions!!  Just know you are not alone and check in with us to help you with this wonderful journey!!!!

Morning everyone!

WooooHooo JayDee! I hope the time between here and then flies for you, but while you're together slows to a crawl so you can enjoy every second!

Gentle hugs to you Blondie!

Hope everybody has a great day!
