Good Advice Thank you

Hello Ladies!  This message is for your Sailors fixing to do OC spray.  My daughter just graduated MA school on May 06.

While there is nothing that will make the burn better while they do their mock takedowns after being sprayed, but this may help them afterward.

My daughter was an EMT before joining the Navy.  On one of her shifts she was caught (down wind) in the spray at a scene.  The police officers used Dawn dish soap to wash the spray off their faces.   She knew this from that day and had taken some with her in a small (travel size) bottle.  OC spray is not oil based, but Dawn washes “everything”.

And her words of advise… Use the Dawn when you shower and wash your hair with it too.  And “don’t” touch your face afterward.  Don’t rub your eyes or pat your face.  Just leave it be.  You will flush on and off the rest of the night.

She said is sucked but she passed!

Sis16sis, what is not correct? Your Sailor has to tell you when graduation will be.

How can we get info on graduations on ma for classes that are scheduled graduations. The info on week to week does not seem correct

@lemonelephant you may know the answer to this. When my husband was in the navy 30 plus years ago he said there wasn't an MA on every ship and most MA's are assigned to bases. Is that mostly true and I hear when at A school they can request three places for their first post. Obviously they aren't guaranteed one of their choices but are there certain areas they can request. Like east coast, west coast, overseas, Hawaii? Just thinking ahead. Thanks anybody for your help.
